Returns & Refunds

At MULU Memphis, we want every order to feel right.

If something isn’t as expected, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn and unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final sale or discounted items (if applicable)

4. Exchanges (Size or Defect)

If you need a different size or received a faulty item:

  • Contact us within the return window
  • We will guide you through the exchange process

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or store credit.

5. Return Process

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. State the reason for return or exchange
  3. We will provide next steps and return instructions

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost or offer a solution

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Shipping fees are non refundable.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider first
  • Then contact us if needed

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos and your order number

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

10. UAE Business Compliance

This policy is aligned with standard UAE e-commerce practices.

Consumer rights may vary depending on applicable UAE laws and regulations.
